Gabe Gross is a live event producer and stage manager based in New York City, with a background in production, operations, and event management for entertainment and professional sports organizations.
Gabe’s career has centered on producing large-scale live events and balancing operational logistics with creative management across both production and talent stakeholders. His work includes shaping scripted and improvised in-game elements for Major League Baseball and U.S. Soccer, directing broadcast productions for Columbia and Yale Athletics, and leading a team of 50 at TwitchCon. That same focus on operations and relationships led him to found a company that now manages scheduling for more than 25 NCAA conferences.
Above all, Gabe is passionate about the people side of production: building relationships, leading teams, and collaborating towards work that allows audiences to connect and reflect.
Gabe’s stage management background began at Bucknell University, where he worked across the Theatre & Dance department as a Light Designer and Stage Manager for the Bucknell Dance Company. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BSBA in Markets, Innovation & Design and a Minor in Theatre Design & Technology.
