Sandy Forbes is a Property Manager with Cushman & Wakefield overseeing the day-to-day operations of a Class A asset which include but is not limited to financial reporting, construction management, and tenant and vendor relations, all while strategizing and executing ownership’s short and long-term goals and objectives. In her capacity as an experienced commercial property management professional, Sandy has become a reliable leader and mentor with an established track record of steering improvement projects and organizing teams. Sandy received a Master of Science in Real Estate with a concentration in Strategic Real Estate Management from New York University. She is an avid reader who loves to travel and practices yoga. Sandy believes in the African philosophy of ubuntu which means “I am because we are, and because we are, you are.” In essence, when we uplift others, we are ourselves uplifted. Sandy applies the spiritual laws of yoga and the philosophy of ubuntu by supporting educational and childhood literacy.
