Erika is a strategic thinker with a strong bias for action. She brings a wealth of transformational leadership while establishing collaborative cultures and optimizing ways of working. Throughout her career, she has worked as an executive in product development, technology management, enterprise strategy and performance management and data management. She has functioned in these roles, in medium to large scale public companies, across multiple industries, on multiple continents.
She is a passionate collaborator, always focused on mentoring and building high-performing teams, while establishing a culture of empowerment and critical thinking and encouraging growth mindsets. Erika brings a wealth of insights in adopting lean/agile practices and as a passionate Systems Thinker always pursues a holistic perspective.
Erika holds a M.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology in The Netherlands, a benchmarked equivalent to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and an MBA in General Management from Erasmus, Rotterdam school of Management in The Netherlands. She also has attended executive education classes at Yale School of Management.
Erika, originally Belgian, now lives in the NYC metro area, with her husband and Rhodesian Ridgeback Mia. At heart a nature lover, she can be found regularly in the Catskills where she enjoys long walks. She is also an avid foodie and pursuer of mindfulness.
