Chelsea Gillespie, production manager

Chelsea Gillespie is a New York City based production manager focusing primarily in dance. She began her career with the Alvin Ailey Dance Foundation touring as the Production Stage Manager for Ailey II, and then became the Assistant Stage Manager for the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater. She has worked as a stage manager and production manager for a variety of regional and off-Broadway theaters, as well as non-profit organizations including Pace University, Marymount Manhattan College, Chelsea Factory, New York City Center, Stella Adler Studio of Acting, Parsons Dance, Brooklyn Academy of Music, Baryshnikov Arts Center, Jacob’s Pillow, The 92nd Street YMCA, Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp, and The John F. Kennedy Center. Chelsea also works as an adjunct instructor and currently teaches Stage Management at Vassar College
