Kayla La’Nise White

Kayla La’Nise White blends strategy and storytelling, bringing the eye of a writer to her work as a digital advertising strategist. She has held roles at Amazon, Walmart Connect, and Google, where she managed multimillion-dollar ad portfolios and helped leading retail and beauty brand, and lead generation companies achieve measurable, double-digit growth. She approaches strategy the way she approaches writing: with clarity, creativity, and a drive to connect people to ideas that matter. Before entering the industry, Kayla earned her B.A. in English and African American Studies from the University of Virginia, graduating as a Distinguished Major. At UVA, she served as Vice President of Internal Affairs for the NAACP chapter, where she led equity initiatives and gave voice to student concerns. She began her academic journey at Northern Virginia Community College, where she served as Campus Vice President and co-founded the school’s first Black Student Union, later becoming its President. Kayla is based in Newark, NJ and a proud dog mama of two.
