Emily Scarpa

A New York transplant from Connecticut of 11 years, Emily Scarpa is an Administrative Assistant with CVC Secondary Partners, handling many responsibilities including reception, calendar management across multiple time zones, expense reporting, and facilities coordination. She is also on the company’s Philanthropy team. She has worked in the office administration/management pocket across multiple industries, including finance and real estate, and well as the service industry, to gain valuable organization, time management and people skills. Though she’s worked in mostly non-creative fields, she’s a creative at heart. Growing up, she was in dance classes for 12 years, and really got to understand and love that art form. She was in acting classes and voice lessons as well, really stretching her performing arts muscles. She is a graduate of Pace University, earning her degree in Arts & Entertainment Business Management. Though she didn’t end up working in creative fields, there was another passion of hers she wanted to pursue – giving back to communities and helping others. She is involved in her community and others, volunteering through New York Cares for various projects, working with an animal shelter, and is heavily involved with NAMI NYC as an Advocacy Ambassador and part of their Young Professionals group. She looks forward to continuing efforts that help others, show empathy for all groups of people, and educate others in inclusivity and personal responsibility.
