Kathryn Green is a dance artist, choreographer, and educator. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Florida State University with a BFA in Dance and a minor in Psychology. In her time at FSU, Kathryn had the privilege of training with faculty including Suzanne Farrell, Jawole Willa Jo Zollar, Donna Uchizono, Ilana Goldman, and Gwen Welliver, as well as performing works by Tim Glenn, Kara Wilkes, Caleb Mitchell, and George Balanchine. Kathryn has had her choreography showcased in FSU’s Days of Dance and at the Center for Performance Research. She served as an instructor with The Tallahassee Ballet’s DanceChance Program, and is passionate about making dance accessible and supporting the future generation of dance artists. Originally from Greenville, SC and is a graduate from the South Carolina Governor’s School for the Arts and Humanities. Currently based in NYC, Kathryn continues to dance and teach, as well as work in Digital Marketing with Amanda Selwyn Dance Theatre/Notes in Motion.
