Noelle is a Retail executive with over twenty-one years of demonstrated success in leading luxury retail and wholesale operations. She had grown brands in both the public and the private sector.
Her experience spans across the areas of retail banking, buying and merchandising, event marketing, financial strategy and planning as well as serving as a brand ambassador for many years. She works closely with teams to develop strategic plans that lay the groundwork for improved content marketing strategies at every level of customer engagement.
Noelle’s tenure in both Nordstrom INC and Lafayette 148 New York serve as an asset when leaders are looking for innovation and striving to drive their businesses to scale. Her management strategies are often called a positive disruption to the plan. She believes that people should always be the top priority, product and services need to be superior, and with those two combinations, exceptional performance is absolute.
