Kimberly Senter is the Executive Vice President of Analytics, Insights & Intelligence (AI2) and a member of the NA Sales Leadership Team. She joined Advantage Solutions in 2019 and is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the AI2 team by aligning with the broader Sales organization priorities, developing innovative capabilities and establishing enterprise and external partnerships that lead to business growth.
Prior to joining Advantage Solutions, Kimberly was the Vice President, Commercial Solutions at Johnson & Johnson where she led a cross-functional team comprised of Category Management, Shopper Insights, Shopper Marketing, Consumer Promotions, Health & Wellness and Commercial Recruiting, Learning and Development disciplines. She also served as Vice President of Category Management and Sales Strategy at Samsung Electronics America where she was responsible for developing new capabilities to support the go-to-market organization in driving profitable growth across the portfolio with their customers. From 2004-2015, Kimberly held various sales and marketing leadership roles at Unilever. Earlier in her career, Kimberly held positions in sales, market research, category management and business development with Warner Lambert, Nielsen, Seagram’s and Catalina Marketing.
Kimberly has been featured in numerous industry trade publications and has been recognized by the Path to Purchase Institute Women of Excellence, Profiles in Diversity Journal’s Women Worth Watching, the YMCA of Greater New York Black Achievers in Industry, Consumer Goods and Technology Visionaries and Progressive Grocer’s Top Women in Grocery.
Kimberly is the Co-chair and a founding member of the Advantage Solutions Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Board; a member of the Category Management Association; and she previously served on the Rutgers Design Thinking Advisory Board, J&J Executive African Ancestry Leadership Council and the Executive Sponsor for the Network of Executive Women. She has volunteered with the Girl Scouts of the USA and the Boys and Girls Club of America.
Kimberly received a Bachelor of Science degree from the Florida A&M University School of Business & Industry and she currently resides in New Jersey with her husband and son.
