Craig Thompson is a visionary leader with extensive experience in corporate branding, merchandising, and store design. He has over 20 plus years in customer experience, store environment, visual presentation, team building, and national leadership for luxury retail and the design industry. His recent corporate leadership includes Director roles with both Nordstrom and Kohler Interiors. His inspiration and success has been driven by being curious and innovative with an endless focus on customer engagement.
Today, Craig is focused on design and consulting projects along with his role as General Manager of an intimate bed & stay property he owns and operates in the Hudson Valley, New York. Craig is originally from the Midwest and lived in Los Angeles, San Diego, and San Francisco after graduating from Indiana University. Then moved to Chicago where he met his life partner. After many years there, work took them to Seattle then brought them to New York.
